A poster session will be held at the conference on Thursday, November 13th. We invite you to submit an abstract of your original work for presentation. All posters will be considered for the AQC25 Best Poster Prize. The winner will receive a prize, be awarded a contributed speaking slot during the main conference program, and will be notified a few weeks prior to the conference.
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee, and you will be notified of acceptance by early October 2025. You do not need to register for the conference before submitting an abstract; however, upon acceptance, the presenting author or a co-author must be registered and attend the conference. Should the submitting author be unable to attend, please contact the organizers immediately to name a new presenting co-author or to withdraw the abstract from the program. Please complete a separate submission for each poster you wish to present.
